I fortunately/unfortunately see LOTS of highway signs, as I’ve mentioned before, but every once in a great while we’ll pass one that just needs to be shared. Until today, my favorite was along I-40 between Nashville and Cookville. It alerts you that the exit to the towns of Baxter and Gainesboro were approaching, and reads “Baxter Gainesboro,” which has sounds like a character from Lemony Snickets’ A Series of Unfortunate Events or something.
Anyway, this one, east of Houston on I-10, has grabbed the coveted “favorite sign” title. Enjoy.
