Since I’m procrastinating rather randomly, I’ll continue the theme with this post. Here’s a little something to kickstart your weekend.

We’ve all seen the “25 Random Things” note taking over Facebook. I’ll admit it can be mildly entertaining, but really it just got annoying. Most of the time, I either already knew all of it, or I just didn’t care. I got bored with it, and I never even did it!

Enter “ThisIsMyRandomlyCreatedBand’sNewCD.” Now, someone needs to think of a better name than that, but it’s still fun. Here’s how it works:

THIS IS MY RANDOMLY CREATED BAND’s NEW CD: Generate your own.

To Do This:

1 – Go to “wikipedia.” Hit “random article”
in the sidebar.
The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.

2 – Go to “Random quotations”
or click http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.

3 – Go to flickr and click on “explore the last seven days”
or click http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days
Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.

4 – Use photoshop or similar to put it all together.
